YES! You are absolutely right. It does not look like you bought an air conditioning grate at Home Depot and bolted it onto your fat lady! Dave's Classic Bar Grille™ gives a classic look to your classic style Valkyrie complimenting the flutes on the timing belt cover with an interesting bonus -- because it visually breaks the flat plane of the radiator front, it makes the radiator look smaller and less dominant. It's CNC machined from solid brass then highly polished and triple chrome plated for a scratch and scuff free long lasting finish. It offers absolutely NO restriction whatsoever to air flow and bugs don't much stick to it either. Can be mounted alone as shown for high contrast, or with the black OEM screen or even a chromed Hondaline or Show Chrome screen behind it. Mounting hardware is included. This item goes well with our Top Hose Kit, Bottom Hose Kit, State Hose Kit , Clamp Cover Sets and it really looks good with our Rad Top Kit™ (RB908) (shown installed above, it is NOT included)!
